What helps us to build the best computer for you: Describe the computer usage (gaming, school, video editing, image processing, first gaming computer for the child etc).

FAQ

Q: Do I need technical skills for the custom gaming PC inquiry?
A: Absolutely not! 🙂 We just expect  you to give your best input regarding the use of the gaming PC. If you say it’s meant as a surprise gift for a child to have his/her first gaming PC, we will consider it and make it happen. 🙂
Of course if you are technical, feel free to send more precise requirements.

Q: Why should I let onPoint team assemble me a custom gaming PC?
A: Often times companies put “cost efficient” parts into the gaming computers in order to maximise the profit. We rather choose higher quality components so we can maximize the lifespan of your computer. We also put in great effort to make sure that you can upgrade your gaming PC in the future without replacing the whole computer.
Also, after assembling your new computer, we run bunch of load tests to ensure the stability of the new PC.

Q: Do you offer warranty for the custom built PC?
A: Yes. We give 2 years warranty. In addition, a lot of parts inside the computer have manufacturer warranty, which means that if there should be a need for warranty services after the 2 years, there’s a great chance that we can still help you out. 🙂

Q: Can I choose some specific components for my gaming PC?
A: Yes. Just list them in the “Notes” field. Keep in mind that not all components might not be compatible (for example if you request a computer case that is too small for the big powerful graphics card, it does not fit). In any case we will double-check your requirements and will let you know if we detect any conflicts. 

Q: Do you offer lease/instalments?
A: This depends on your location. If you happen to live in Estonia, we have great deals to offer. If you live outside of Estonia, reach out to our support and we’ll see what can be done.

Q: How does the process work?
A: You will send an inquiry. We will respond with a quote and pre-payment invoice. Once the invoice is paid, we’ll start the assembly process. Once the assembly is complete, we’ll ship out the computer (or you can pick it up at our workshop in Tallinn, Estonia).
